Nestled within the Manor House, our restaurant boasts sprawling views across the resort. At The Mole, we offer the very best of seasonal Devonshire produce, prepared with flair and elegance, and our menu is bursting with the flavors of the Southwest.

With a variety of dining and drinking options, everyone will find something to love at The Mole. We take great pride in showcasing the region's finest, focusing on locally-sourced ingredients and seasonal produce so there’s less to travel from farm to fork.

Restaurant Opening Hours
Breakfast: 7:30am - 10am daily

Lunch 12pm - 2.30pm and Sunday Lunch: 12.00pm - 2.30pm

Afternoon Tea: Available daily 3pm - 5pm (bookings to be made by 10.30am on the day)

Dinner: 6pm - 8:30pm (our pizza menu is available until 9pm)

Please note that our pizza menu is available during lunch and dinner in the restaurant. A limited pizza menu is also available for Mole Delivery and in the hub.

Hub Kitchen

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our newest eatery. The Hub Kitchen is open from Friday to Sunday 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. It’s the perfect spot to grab a quick snack while the kids are enjoying the games room, or to pick up something tasty to take away. Don’t forget, our Hub also features a small bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. Be sure to check out our new menu to see the delicious options we have on offer!
