Lynmouth beach
A shingle beach just below the village of Lynmouth on the northern edge of Exmoor National Park. The beach is around 500 metres wide and divided by the mouth of the River Lyn which also forms the small harbour. Surrounded by spectacular high cliffs, hills and woodlands, it is great for splashing through rockpools and deckchairs can be hired during the summer season. Dogs are permitted on the beach all year round.
